Serenity Center's Resource Page

Welcome Students and Parents/ Guardians to the Serenity Center’s Resource Page! I am SFHS's School Social Worker, Sofia Lupian Hernandez (LCSW).

These past few months we have all been challenged to face many changes and uncertainties and as we prepare to start a new school year, the Serenity Center's goal is to help support you as we adapt to our new way of learning. In addition to my Google Classroom, this page offers tools and resources to help ease some of the emotional/ social stressors and demands of high school.

Parents/ Guardians, if you are interested in connecting your student with mental health resources please reach out to your student’s counselor and ask for a referral.

Follow us on  Instagram for motivational inspiration, community resources, and free virtual activities!

If you're feeling alone and struggling, you can also reach out to The Crisis Text Line by texting TALK to 741741 or National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK.
