Service Learning Award

Due to limitations in access to community-based organizations stemming from COVID-19 closures and restrictions, for the class of 2024 only, the number of hours required to earn the Santa Fe High School Community Service Award has been reduced from 200 to 150 hours. Any student in the class of 2024 with 150 verifiable hours of service will be honored and recognized with a Service Learning Medal at graduation. For students in the class of 2025 and beyond, the 200 hour requirement has been reinstated. Please view the Santa Fe High School Student Handbook for a listing of pre-approved non-profit organizations and official community service forms.  Contact your school counselor for further details or approval of organizations not already listed in the SFHS Handbook.  Don’t forget to download and use the SFHS Community Service Form to document your hours of service and to submit all hours by the deadline.
