Athletic Clearance Process

 

   ATHLETIC CLEARANCE INFORMATION 2025-2026

 

You may now start completing your online athletic clearance. Please visit www.athleticclearance.com
As a reminder, all athletes are required to undergo a new sports physical and complete online athletic clearance each year. All athletes must upload the confirmation page and completed sports physical to the athletic clearance website. Completing the clearance process through www.athleticclearance.com  will provide an easier, safer, and more efficient method to collect and secure the necessary information and items that are required by our school and district.  

 

If your student/athlete is not covered by insurance, you may purchase insurance from Myers, Stevens, Toohey Insurance Co. by visiting their website at https://www.myers-stevens.com/enrollment-page/  These insurance policies provide coverage for one school year and need to be renewed each year. 

 

Reminder: The final steps in this process require uploading the signed confirmation page and the completed physical form to the athletic clearance website.
