Data Confirmation

Please Complete DATA CONFIRMATION prior to attending Program Pick Up
Step 1:  Create an Aeries Parent Portal Account (if you do not have one yet)
This step is for parents of freshmen or parents of new enrollees who haven't created an Aeries account.  You will need an email address to create an Aeries Parent Portal Account; if you do not have an email address, please click here for instructions on how to create one.  Please see the resources below for guidance:

Step 2:  Complete Parent Data Confirmation
This step is a mandatory process for parents of ALL students, including returning students.  This step will secure your enrollment.  Please see the resources below for guidance:

This step is required in order for students to receive their class schedules during Program Pick UP week.
Step 3:  Attend Parent Partnership (parents of freshmen only)
This step is REQUIRED for parents of freshmen only.  Please attend 1 of the following:
 
Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.
Monday, July 18, 2022 at 9:00 a.m.
Saturday, July 30, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. 
 
RSVP is not needed.  Enter through the rolling gate for easiest access to the Mendez Gym.
Step 4:  Program Pick Up Week
This step is for ALL students.  This event will be in-person at SFHS.  Students' scheduled date is based on their grade level:

Note:  Parent Data Confirmation will need to be completed prior to students receiving their class schedules for the upcoming school year.  Staff support will be available during Program Pick Up for parents who have not completed Data Confirmation. (Students cannot complete Parent Data Confirmation) 
 
Parents of freshmen need to have attended a Parent Partnership session prior to receiving your student's fall schedule of classes.
